A veterinary clinic’s autoclave failed unexpectedly, putting their operations at risk. To help them avoid downtime, West-Jan loaned them a fully operational replacement — free of charge — while they searched for a permanent solution.
In the end, the clinic chose to purchase from another supplier offering a much lower price. That’s their right — and we respect it.
But it’s also a reminder of a hard truth in this industry:
